Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before enrolling in the Beyond Luck course. By purchasing or accessing the Course, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Purchase: All payments are processed via Stripe. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use that payment method.
Access: Upon successful payment, you will receive an email with a link to access the Course.
Pricing: We reserve the right to change Course fees at any time; fees applicable at checkout are final.
You may cancel your enrollment in the Course within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided you have not accessed or completed more than 20% of the Course content. To initiate a cancellation and refund request, please email us at “hi@curiousmaverick.com” with your name, email address, and reason for cancellation.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed through Stripe to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not comply with these conditions or appear to be fraudulent or abusive.
After 30 days, all sales are final and non-refundable.
All Course materials—videos, text, graphics, exercises, and downloads—are our copyrighted work.
You may access and use them for your personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
When using the Course or any related community features, you agree to:Respect other participants.
Not upload or share unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
Comply with all applicable laws.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Course at our discretion, including if you breach these Terms.
No Guarantees: While we aim to help you achieve your goals, we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes.
As-Is: The Course is provided “as-is.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
Liability Cap: To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the Course.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Country], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
We may update these Terms periodically. We’ll post any changes on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued access to the Course after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
